There are a couple ways to ruin a girls reputation. Tell prospective clients that she is a drug user, robbed you, or offers BBFS.

There was a girl on another site who someone claimed to have done BBFS with for an upcharge, I called her to ask if it was an option, not that I would do it, and she confirmed it was offered.

Hearing it from the girl, or a couple well known clients, is really the only way to be sure. Until someone else says they were offered the option, I will take the report with a grain of salt.
