Hey brothers. I've been traveling for a few months now and reading & using these boards in other cities up north.

I just want to say 'THANKS' for all the friendly advice and info on our little board here. There are some towns {much bigger than Knoxville} that have not had posts on certain topics for months on end, sometimes years!

Also, in some other places the posts get really ugly. Real quick. If someone asks a question or needs advice (maybe they're a newbie) , the responses quickly take them down in flames to a fiery crash. The meanness in these places really shocked me. They were "harshing my buzz" so much, a couple of times I just gave up. We are lucky to have very little of that on the K-town board.

And BTW: I understand RTFF, but sometimes one should be able to ask a simple, innocent question. And at least expect a decent answer. Around here, they usually get it. Let's keep it that way.

About the only negative I can think of is she's a smoker.

I don't smoke but it doesn't bother me at all if someone else does but I know some people it does.

Other than that, not a thing bad I could say about her.

Definitely something worth knowing and as always, everyone should play safe.

Why the fuck they care what two consenting adults are doing in private is beyond me, but they do.

Just what constitutes "promoting prostitution"?

Posting that your favorite provider is struggling and looking for work?

Posting a positive review of a provider?

I can guarantee you there are some Barney Fife types within various law enforcement agencies that would love to push this law to the limit. Potentially very troublesome in my opinion.

Be safe out there.[/QUOTE]Looks like this law is more intended for pimps and anyone operating a property where such acts take place. Its not going to stop these girls from practicing their trade. Nor will it stop patrons from seeking such company. Tennessee is definitely trying to make a dent in our hobby. I fully support any effort to stop sex trafficking especially when minors is involved. However, the young women I help out are basically independent contractors. Just another layer of cloaking we need to be aware of. It will be interesting to see how far they take this. Just another step toward communism.

This may have some ramifications for this board under parts D, E and F, but it looks like it is aimed at pimps. I could not find a precedent to help clarify the code, but as a real lawyer once told me,"you never want to be the precedent". The only worry for me is part F since I am primarily a street monger and utr guy and my reports may be misconstrued under parts C or F.

According to Jackson, no one has ever been prosecuted from something they posted on this site.

I take him at his word but have no personal knowledge one way or the other.

I do have some personal knowledge of the Tennessee legal system.

If you are unfortunate enough to get busted and you aren't on any kind of probation they will give you a tiny bit of jail time, probation and a fine.

What they could theoretically do is something you'd have to ask a lawyer which as I said, I'm not.

What they are going to actually do on a misdemeanor soliciting charge is what I said.

They have far bigger fish to fry.

Also, as I've said before, never, ever proposition a girl on the street.

You're just a nice guy offering a girl a ride.
