So I got off work and was headed home. Desided to run up 301 into town just to see if anything was out. Did my flip and was about to call it when I see someone walking down a side street. Desided to take a peek. Shurenuff as I passed she gave me the look so I spun around. It was amanda 26. I saw her abought 8 months ago and thought she had left the area. I guess not. Turns out she had a baby and was taking time off.

If the conviction is confirmed then it's allowed. I couldn't possibly see how "COMMIT / PROC PROST WHILE KNWNGLY HIV POS" wouldn't be allowed here. So it's probably fine. And mongers everywhere will be utterly grateful.

So is she the pimp for another prostitute?[/QUOTE]I've been known to be wrong quite a lot, but I believe the first charge is strictly for offering / propositioning to commit prostitution (which IIRC, the first and second offenses are misdemeanors). The second charge is for doing so while knowingly HIV positive, which is a first offense felony. They're seperate charges for the single offense.
I'm sure others have much more knowledge of what it all means LOL.

In counties that are hell for leather against prostitution a common tactic is to charge a chick for PROST WHILE KNWNGLY HIV POS different places call it different things, aggravated prostitution, criminal endangerment with prostitution, whatever. How it's supposed to work is when a chick gets convicted for prostitution part of the sentence is HIV (and HEP) testing. If they are positive they are informed, offered services and told that if they are caught committing prostitution again the charge won't be misdemeanor prostitution but the felony variant. This is all good so far.
Then you get the asshole DA that fucking charges every chick that's ever been charged before with prostitution with this greater charge. Prosecutors can charge anybody with anything. Once they do the research they find she was tested, clean, and then they reduce the charge but by then every fucking "hooker got busted" site has published that she has been charged and nobody wants to fuck her. That's why the standard here is "convicted." Because if they are convicted of that charge then it's reasonable to assume they have been tested by a competent authority, found to have HIV, AIDS, Hep C ect and knowingly were exposing people to it and it's absolutely allowed to be posted here.
