If my memory serves me correctly didn't something like this happen in another city 3 or 4 years ago and it was finally found out it was someone who hacked into backpage (it was craigslist then) and changed the link some how. Which brings me to this. How difficult would that be for someone to do who knows shit like that?

The bullshit about the other rumor is just that. Bullshit! If Vicki was in trouble I know I'd be one of the first ones up there to help her out of it seeing how well she has treated me over the 10 or so years I have known her. There is just no substance to the rumors I have heard about arrests ect ect. For the love of god we are in a fucking election year here! The scumbags in the media (who for the record I wouldn't beat with a baseball bat if they were on fire) would be all over this. Hell this tops Obamacare for breaking local news. And a gag order? In an election year? Yeah right! The (pick who ever is running this go around) D.A., judge, or sherriff would never go for that as it would steal their "thunder" of how they are busting ass cleaning up the community. All the time while drug deals go down in plain site in the projects and the violent crime rate rises. But busting people who do that would require REAL WORK which we all know cops are not capable of doing. They are all lazy as hell. They write tickets which is bullshit and not real police work. And they sit around surfing the net looking for the big bad escots that ruin lives. PLEASE! No one is forcing anyone to do a goddamn thing here. So show me how it ruins lives? They love it because it gets media attantion because facts are sex sells. They get media attention and they get grants and more funding for endless supplies of Krispy Kreme's.
And guys if I knew for a fact beyond a reasonable doubt Vicki was in trouble I would be the first sounding the 5 bell alarm and telling all the gents to cut bait and go home. But there is NO PROOF BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT at this point in time to do so. And I don't want to tarnish the good woman's name spreading some rumor that is pure speculation at best right now. And honestly I hope all you guys who know her and have spoken to her do the same. Even in light of the recent events that have happened that have caused this great speculation we do need to have some respect for Vicki. And for the record all I know is the story about her taking time to be with a sick family member is all I know. I am in the dark as much as everyone else but I'm going to take it for what it is and leave it at that because speculation and rumors are just not something I want to get into.

I can think of a couple prime suspects.
That's what I heard, not that it matters other than to hope for the best and well wishes if that is the case.
This isn't about spreading rumors or tarnishing anyone's reputation. This hobby has always been riddled with rumor and innuendo since the end of time. You take it for what it's worth, regardless of who it is about or who it came from. I don't dismiss or necessarily buy into everything that's implied. I too have quite a few years with this particular individual and they put a lot of pride in the reputation they have earned. I'm sure if it's not serious, everything will be back to normal in a week or so. At the very least, we'll hear something from someone. Need to stay in a holding pattern until this gets sorted out.
I just wish someone would give my number to brook if it looks like there's going to be a lull in production.. 8-) Would be more than willing to contribute to workman's comp.. lol..

Look guys. Believe it or not, Vicki may, just possibly, just my hunch. Have A LIFE outside of all of this. I know if I had a sick family member or a serious family emergency the first thing I may not think of is contacting ya'll. You have families, at least most of you do. I was asked today who someone could use to fill the void BF has left recently. Having moved from Madison in 2004 I can't really say who to see besides those I knew then who are still around.
