If a single poor review on this site can negatively impact a shop, then so would a boycott (even partial) by board members. Won't happen if they get someone way hot, I understand. The shops that continue shady practices such as bans for bad reviews or comments will need to step up their game, or face losing business.

Yes, this is known as the [B]Dead Silence Rule[/B]. A side effect of this is there can be a standoff where nobody sees a girl even if she is good, because there are no reviews. But realistically, silence is usually bad. When we see a girl we really like we want others to know and review. Yes, there is no one simple rule for everyone to follow because it becomes an arms race where each thing you do has a logical counter. You are right that more reviews are the solution. It has no easy counter because eventually there becomes a clear pattern. It's obvious which girls have a good face, which have a good body, which are high or low service.

Most shops know if they do this, people are going to be a lot more skeptical of reviews. You got horrible service and they offered you a $30 discount for next time. It means the next guy is going to get the same bad service without warning.
Normally if a girl can't do the bare minimum, a shop notices and gets rid of her. Very few shops get rid of the customer instead. Not allowing negative reviews always leads to problems. Shops have been banned from TER for doing this and less.

Yes, if a girl is hot people will go see her. We are here to see girls, not see shops. So I don't think a boycott is realistic. But it's good everyone is aware of the problem.

Yes, certain reviews matter more than others. Some girls are truly awful service, so just one review is enough. With borderline girls, some guys will like her and some won't so a proper review isn't going to make a big difference even if it truly helped some guys on the fence make a good decision.
In other cities, when a girl gives as bad service as Mighty Spearsman experienced, you see 1-3 brand new accounts sound the warning. Obviously, they are people who are reluctant to review with their main account. The best proof they were real warnings is what happens after. In my experience, such warnings were as accurate as any other review - almost always true. It's not an ideal solution, but there are very many solutions.
The other is to reinforce the Dead Silence rule by clearly reviewing the girls worth seeing. Some girls I don't necessarily recommend unless you are into their specific appeal. It could be good boobs, good face, very skinny, body type, or some skill.
