I'd rather invest over here with someone who has a comfortable bed and I relax and take my time with, rather than be rushed in Cmowes over priced, uncomfortable "VIP" room. It's $60 to the house now, she's out of her ever living mind! I'd rather gamble that money at the casino.

If it's slow, you can get a better deal on private dances. She was probably trying to frame it so you just got the room instead of individual dances, which would be less hassle (and a break from stage sets) for her.
(Or maybe she quoted an exorbitantly high dance price because she wanted you to go away.)

Some prices that have been quoted are truly outrageous. For quite a long time dances were able to make pretty good money on $20 dances. Even heard of clubs a little before my time with $10 dances and it did sound like the better dancers still made money.
