This post is not about the FS places. Accu, Hawaii and LA Spa. My preference would be to get a good massage and FS, but I have not found that combination of services to exist. So the next best thing for me is a good massage and some level of HE. Based on my experiences, here are a few thoughts. As always YMMV -.
The good and most consistent. Lansing Wellness (both locations) and Magic Touch. I do sometimes like the table shower at Lansing Wellness (Cedar location). At these AMPs I have gotten consistently good massage followed by HE. The roaming, etc. Varies from provider to provider, but I've gone to these enough now that my advances seem to be accepted and welcomed for the most part.
The not so good. The AMP at 5025 W Saginaw Ste 7. I've gone once. I was greeted by a very average looking provider. She was playful and teasing from the beginning. A bad sign if you are looking for a massage too. I paid 60 for hr and was done in 20 min; and all that was offered was std HE. I told her I was good. Change my appt to 1/2 hr and she could keep the difference. She was pleasant about it. I doubt I will go back.
The good massage w / o HE. This based more on what I've read and gleaned from the posts of others. It seems that describes most other AMPs in town (Akoya, Fu, Paradise, DF, etc. Not sure about the one in Okemos). If any of you know otherwise, I'd love to hear it.

Cedar location.
Did 1 hour.
Nice room 7/10 but a bit chilly. Table shower was nice but can easily be skipped. However them washing my hair was nice. Included scalp massage. Though drying it was a pain in the ass. I have long hair.
Massage was a 7/10. Though she really got into it and climbed on top of me a couple of times to get leverage.
Woman was decent looking. Maybe early to mid 40's. 6/10. Not the best looking but not ancient looking like some Asian women I've seen.
Teasing started before flip. On the flip I suggested. 20 for a tip. She tried for more but I honestly didn't have more cause I spent it on the table shower. So she settled for that and said bring more next time. Teased a bit more and had a good technique. Some OTC roaming was OK but no UTC.
So all in all. 65, . 20, and. 20 tip.
I'd say 6/10 cause I caught a cold there. But otherwise a decent experience.
I'm thinking I might try the Holmes location next or Accu. I'm hoping to find one that's under 40 at least age wise. But I can dream right?
Also any suggestions for places that allow UTC roaming would be appreciated.

Other wellness location on holmes.
Really good massage and was smiling at the end. Did 1 hr and. 4 tip. So $ total. Didn't get a name but so far I've been treated well at both locations.
Lansing Accu.
Umm. Not sure what's going on here. Went in and asked for 30 min massage. It was definitely subpar. Asked for a shower as well but apparently they don't have one anymore (thought I saw a post saying they did).
Now here's the strange part. Mamasan asked how old I was (I look young) and told her around 30 (which is accurate) then the woman came in. Poor attitude. Massage was subpar, oil had to be requested, and nothing extra even hinted at beyond her slinky green dress.
Won't be going back. . 4 for the massage. No tip left.

I don't always need FS, but receiving a good quality massage and HE I like; I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Thanks for all the info guys! #4025.
Stopped by Lansing wellness on holmes. Sadly there was a wait and I was on a time crunch. But there was some dude there about 50's ish with glasses. Kinda seemed to be helping out or something.

Once he admitted Holmes location only has one girl available much of the time. Now I call Cedar location & schedule with my preferred lady. While there I try to chat with the young Mamasan about "anybody new" I should see? That's how I ended up with the current one. Boybear.
