Plenty of spaces to pul over and park, as the issue in harvey isn't really foot or car traffic. There's actually at least 3 abandoned houses on every block so I just usually find one to park in front of. 147th, halsted area will also produce. When it's cold outside, all bets are off. Wasteland. I feel like an idiot posting this but it is a real question. As the result of a medical condition I do not have use of 1 hand / arm and walk a little strange. I have trouble manscaping and wondered if anyone knows of an independent or spa would help with that without injuring or cutting off Jr. ? I know salons offer women bikini waxes but I don't want to go there and ask and have a customer or employee calling the police saying I was propositioning them or say I was inappropriate.
