You could contract some other infections such as gonorrhea, hpv (genital warts), hsv (herpes). HSV-1 usually infects oral and most people already have had this (canker sores) and HSV-2 is usually responsible for genital infections, though they can go the other way. There is actually more risk to the person performing oral sex. I would assume by now that I already have the hpv virus after years of cunnilingus, which will have a higher risk of developing throat and neck cancer.
