From what i gathered from Lilly at Ginza is they were stopping clients after leaving her business and that is how they got busted. A few clients confessed the truth accomplished by LEO's scare tactics with their authority behavior. Please guys i'm not here to start any negativity i'm just trying to help keep our legitamate establishments open. Without any places to get massages there would not be any purpose of this forum.
