Your best bet is Columbus. Ass soup 24/7. Easily could see 10-15 girls out at any given time on the main stroll.
I found Mia on the south side. She claimed to have not have a record nor ever been harassed. She was a quiet, attractive gal, but sucked me all the way to my hotel suite (about 13 minutes). I can't speak about cops or if they harass mongers, but there is life in PH. I rode around the south side Monday 2-3 pm and again after 11 pm. I saw gals both times, especially at night. They were mostly south of Atherton. I did see on LE driving at 11:20 pm but he disappeared quickly. In the night period, I spotted 5 gals, and that was all my old eyes could see. And I was not in the area very long.
In the afternoon, I saw 2 or 3 gals. Mia, who I scooped appeared to be the pick-of-the-litter. But there was another gal sitting on a rock along Fenton, that looked interesting. But I had just dropped Mia off. 2 of the gals, together, were walking along Fenton, pretty quickly, looking for a ride. They were not my types.
Most of the gals try to meet their rides, on the sides streets, off Fenton, and most activity was south of Atherton, not 12th street. So, yes there is SW life in PH, IMO. Be safe and good hunting. MW.
As of now the entire state of Mi has been bad for me & the hobby, I got spoiled in all the areas I hobbied at or maybe I was lucky. But so far I have not had any luck with gems up here yet but I'm also still hunting when I have the time, hopefully sooner or later I start finding something worth while. You have to understand that I have mongered around the planet and been blessed with being able to travel and bang many hot chicks everywhere so my brain wants that but my reality at the moment is mid mi and man it sucks where I'm at in saginaw.

What I've seen there can only be described as what you see in the movies portraying LA or Vegas.

I have had the best luck and times there. It's legal, regulated and safe. Competition is fierce, so you get super model girls for a reasonable price. Thailand and Vietnam are close seconds. Yes Dallas is good many different hot spots around the city, years ago it was truly spectacular I scored countless top knotch hotties dirt cheap, and had the best times in the early 90's at all the Korean massage parlors $40 for 1 hour and everything included damn I miss those days. East side is dead. Once in a while you might find one if Uncle does not find you first. South side has it moments but most are too skanky for me. Best to find a few gems and keep them to your self. Just my view on situation.
Flint has become a waste land. I often think some people are making up stories. I'm fortunate that I have a couple utr girls where they introduce me to girls who introduce me to more. Even the online girls are sketchy as hell. They're glorified streetwalkers who bought a $10 phone. I've found Toledo to be a nice spot to visit for a lay-cation. I've been with this girl twice now with mixed reviews. First off she's not a bad looking girl, but from the minute she gets in the car she either wants to smoke a rock or have you take her to a spot.
