These are the kind of stories I miss about LB. Once in a while I'd see girl walking in downtown but never thought of the encampments LOL. There was one decent looking hispanic girl who slept close to my apt and saw her almost every day. One day I brought her a large bottle of water and we spoke for a bit. She was pretty down to earth and held a good conversation. I thought for sure she would be down for at least a BJ but no. She then unloaded her past and stories about how she moved from Texas from a deranged husband who wanted to de-life her. She left all she had and found herself homeless in LB.
Downtown LB is a living thing and the action for better or worse is unmatched.
I wander around Long Beach a few times a week, oftentimes offering homeless girls rides or offering to pick them up something to eat (to like an actual restaurant where we can talk). I strike out a lot, but when you find one that does dates, especially ones that can still hold a conversation with fentanyl so common, it can be really fun. I've had some batshit crazy women get in my car, recently a very pretty one, but couldn't understand shit she was saying let alone trying to get her to understand what I wanted LOL. She just spouted imaginary nonsense for 30 minutes and then randomly decided to exit and walk away lmfao. She was on Daisy and PCH at the car wash.
