Glad Im not "most" or "Lazy
If you read carefully you'll see the first guy paid for half an hour, the second guy for a full hour.
I'd say an extra $40-60 for twice the time of the first guy is a good deal.
I've said it before: most of the argument about "overpaying" are the half-hour guys complaining about the hour guys because they're too lazy or nearsighted to actually read the hour reviews.
"RTFF" certainly applies in this case.
O.
Glad you said "MOST" cause I paid 140 total for the hour and I'm still sure I got the same treatment. So I'm glad I'm not the half-hour guy arguing about the lazy guys.
Let's get back to business, shall we?
About once every 3 months or so, we devolve into this useless back and forth about how much or little someone tipped in the spas. The tone of the posts escalates, someone gets mad, and then the referee has to step in, assign penalties, and order us to resume play. We are clearly at this point now. May I suggest that we all go back to our positions and play ball?
I, for one, think it's really useful information to learn what others are paying. I want to be able get a ball park figure about the market rate at any particular spot. If I read that one guy tipped $120 and another tipped $160 at Spa X, it gives me a rough estimate about the range I can expect. I'll hope for $120 but know that I may have to pay $160, depending on the particular demand for a therapist, how busy the place is, my personal charm, time of day, etc. Nobody ever gets the same deal. It's just the nature of the transaction.
So, let's share useful information and put aside the personal judgements about the information. Just my 2 cents.
Play ball!
