O2 (as you probably know as you tried there first) is much better for that. You can get a decent massage and handshake for that price. Other option, similar to O2, would be Body Sage (just a couple blocks up on Kennedy past Dale Mabry) or Serenity Spa (on Dale Mabry north of Linebaugh) , also good for decent massage and handshake. I think they both close before midnight too though.

Even with that being the case, the prelude shouldn't have been so lacking, IMHO, but / and she did see the remaining funds before hand. Plenty of joints around the country that are auto-FS but they still provide a great T / S and usually a good rub. By auto-FS I mean you walk in, hand over 160, get a great prelude (T / S & rub) and solid FS without any pretense.

My last trip to Tampa, I usually stuck with O2 and Kennedy as they met the need nicely (O2 always had the better lookers). I guess I need to pay more attention to the clock before I hit the strip.

I visited this place a while ago and my experience was similar to yours. Except they would kick you out there for offering 40 back then. I guess with things the way they are they are willing to negotiate now somewhat. I hit it up for the same reason you did because they are open late. I like a solid un rushed massage as well (and you can forget that at this place). If you are into FS places with generally young hot chicks and you come locked rocked and ready to go then this is the place for you. However if you hate being rushed or want a good massage you should pass on this place. They want you in and out and don't mess around.
