You only lost 1.5, that's nothing. It's a very small amount of money to lose to learn a lesson about those girls, I think trying to do anything further is going way overboard.

Currently, I don't know sufficient details about what may have happened and what the monger may be planning to do, so it's difficult to try to offer advice. However, I can at least understand the desire for some form of retaliation as justice. Psychologically, it may not be only about the loss of money itself, but also about the anger at being victimized and humiliated. (For example, I remember a post years ago where a monger reported a street provider was laughing at him as her boyfriend robbed him.) Plus, if no concrete action is ever taken against people who rip off mongers, then there's not much incentive for them to stop ripping off mongers. Note that the monger claimed the robbers "have been robbing people for quite a while".

Yet on the other hand, a monger should carefully consider what could happen to him if he commits an illegal act in retribution, such as arrest, incarceration and publicity. A monger should also seriously consider what could happen if the robbers have a pimp who decides to go after him. Finally, a monger should consider what could happen if after taking revenge the monger is seen anywhere by the robbers when they're accompanied by one or more potentially violent men.

Just my two cents.

I must also say that, with all due respect, the account who posted that comment about the SW's "robbing people for a while" only has one post, which is the post he used to comment the SW's are robbing and that he's planning retaliation. Just objectively it looks a little suspicious that this account is not a long-term member of this community and instead it seems like that account was made specifically to make that one comment.

The best providers have consistently stellar reputations, and there is no shortage of men looking for someone to give their money to. A woman may rob five or ten customers in a new location before people figure out who she is and what she's about, but that plan is amazingly short sighted compared to the options given to someone consistently providing good service. Some of the higher end clients can be very meticulous in their research before even seeing a girl, and I know many who won't even bother seeing a woman if she doesn't have enough reviews. Its such a silly way to shoot yourself in the foot.

Don't get yourself into trouble by doing a direct retaliation. If you have any regular that you see often, just tell them. They girls don't like the robbers because it causes a bad name for them on the street. You let enough of them know they will do their own version. Also, since most of Hawai'I is word of mouth, they loose clients and never get repeat service. I forgot which girl, but there was one way back who didn't understand why we stopped dating her. I didn't try to approach her because she was always with one or more drug user type men whom she seemed to know. My best guess would be that currently she's a drug user who isn't yet publicly providing, but could become a provider in the future.

She seemed to be very reckless, showing signs of drug use / mental health issues, IMO; your recollection of this experience is not unusual or unbelievable. Might want to check the police arrest log for that night to see if there were arrests of other men in Waikiki for prostitution-related offenses. If it was some sort of sting using a "young" and "beautiful" girl, it probably would have resulted in the arrests of some less-cautious men.

I parked off of lewers on Manukai and walked around the corner to the hotel. As I was waiting downstairs for the provider 2 women matching your description crossed the street coming from kalakaua heading towards ala wai on lewers. The provider never answered the call and I ended up leaving. I remember thinking I should've asked the 2 wahines if they provided as they looked like they did LOL. Of course, can't guarantee these were the same women but one was a cute Asian the other white. The white woman looked older and thicker it was hard to make out being that early and they were wearing black tops and black miniskirt.

Just an observation but on the same street just a block away early morning looking like they were heading home for the night.

News reports relate that shortly after 5:00 in the morning (when it was still dark), she stepped out from behind a bus and tried to cross a highway on foot without using a crosswalk. That was just my personal experience, which of course may not be typical.

As long as neither the man nor the woman foolishly admit to prostitution, it seems there usually wouldn't be sufficient evidence to prove that the sexual activity in the car constituted prostitution. However, depending on the circumstances, there may be enough evidence for a petty misdemeanor charge of Open Lewdness (HRS section 712-1217).

Otherwise disorderly conduct is a violation," which is a non-criminal offense.

If anyone is interested in that subject, it's probably better to consult a lawyer knowledgeable on that subject. However, there is a 2003 ruling by the Hawaii Supreme Court that "indecent exposure, in violation of HRS section 707-734, does not constitute an offense subject to the sex registration and public notification requirements of HRS chapter 846 E". A lawyer would be able to determine if that ruling is still valid.

Whats on and off the menu with her? Whats the donation amount? When I saw her, it was about 230 pm, so is she just a day time girl? I have never seen her at night or super early morning.
