Also, Undercover female cops don't normally walk. They stay in one place / street corner / in front of the hotel / etc. Cause it's easier for her 'partners' to watch / cover her.

Get her to meet you someplace and watch from a safe distance. Look for anyone out of place or who looks like they're hanging around.

Another technique if for them to co-opt girls into standing next to them or worse. I once got picked up, but not arrested, for helping a lady with her groceries. She was in a bad part of town. That traffic stop that they could have made an arrest on, they got some intel in exchange for letting the person go. They know everyone there, you think you know what is up but they really know. When you get pulled over with a girl in the car, 9.99 times out of 10 the officer stopping you knows what she is up to, he may even cut her a pass to rat you out. Don't believe me, give it a try. I see this stuff in my line of work daily when doing interviews and reading getting FOIA video / audio from dash cams. (I do private investigations for a large law firm, I see a lot).
