For me, punctuality is my biggest issue with a lot of providers. Responding to messages in a timely manner and being on time for appointments will put you ahead of 80% of the rest.

Do they all of a sudden just not answer their phone or turn if off. It's fucking annoying.

They only answer when they need money. They don't understand the concept of steady work and saving. With Christmas around the corner they should be in need of cash soon.
