On the "Add Report" page scroll down to the "Additional options" section. You'll see a button labeled "Manage Attachments." Click it. A pop-up window will open.

At the top right of the page you'll see a button labeled "Add Files" with a green circle next to it. Click it. A new window will open.

Then click the "Select Files" button. Another window will open. Now find the folder the pictures are saved in on your computer. (It's easier if you have the pictures saved on your desktop). Once you select the pictures click "open" then click "Upload Files."

Once you're finished uploading all of your pictures click on the button labeled "Done" or "Insert Inline" at the bottom of the window. Then submit your report.
