I do want to make it perfectly clear to all readers that no illegal activities occur at the AMPS listed above. The providers do not give massages any more, rather it is muscular stretch training. You either don't read election returns, or don't pay attention to DC politics. The District is overwhelmingly Democratic. In fact, Kerry-Edwards got about 85 percent of the vote in DC. If you think that the DC Council gives a shit about what George Bush, or the Republican Party, thinks about anything you don't have a clue.

What drives anti-prostitution efforts in DC is exactly the same thing that drives it everywhere else. Prostitutes are easy targets. What they do is illegal, they are not part of the establishment, and, for the most part, their customers cannot, or will not, say, or do, anything to support them. That means a "crusading" politician can make themselves look "tough" by going after the girls. And in most cases (AMPs) the girls are powerless because they are often illegal aliens. They risk deportation, or worse, by fighting back. In the case of the SWs, they are not exactly likely to have their own attorney on retainer, or to be high on the list of favorite defendents by the ACLU.

And just in case you haven't noticed, it is a lot easier to "solve" the problem of prostitution by closing AMPs and cracking down on the street girls than it is to stop illegal drugs, or murders, or to get the guns off the streets. And even the cops know that the girls don't carry guns or shoot at them.

For a politician being anti-prostitution isn't Republican, and it isn't Democratic. It's reality.

Details like does she have light or dark skin, approximate height and weight, the name she goes by, and what time of night you have seen her out there. I've looked out on Georgia a number of times at various times of the day and night but have found little to nothing. Any additional details you could give would be appreciated.

I follow politics. DC's $$ comes from a fed appropriation so if you read the prostititution and abatement act carefully you will see that its federally driven. I suggest that you do some research on the net into the campaign against human traffiking and shit like that and you will find out a little more about what's driving this and similar laws.

Yeah DC is a democractic stronghold and I'm not going to going to into the obvious reasons why, but one of those reasons is why many of buddies vote for the Republicans now, and why I might in the future.
