Chilling effect

As it stands, the Hotel Asians, Brazilian underground railroads, probably AMPs are all no-go's for me, I'm not into street girls but that would a risk as well.
I expect the price will skyrocket for reasonably safe situations.

And that way is south- border counties in SC. Sister is a realtor and out of no where asked me if any new Chinese businesses coming to the area? Said about a dozen properties in Chester, Union, York Lancaster and chesterfield, mostly in rural areas went under contract to Asian buyers. I don't know what else would be the reason for this except a pivot by AMPs. Stay tuned.

I went to see a Brazilian once she didn't speak a lick of English I left that's been 2 years ago I'm still scared I'm in a FBI data base. First thought who was that texting perfect English sure wasnt her. All we can do now is wait and see what happens things might stay the same or get really bad we can guess all we like but we don't know what they have in mind. It would be very wise to stay away from any provider who doesn't speak English I'm sure those are heavily monitored by FBI. The FBI has a 98 percent conviction rate because they observe and collect data for a long time before getting warrants. If they knock on your door know need denying it just tell your wife to call a lawyer.

Its not like you can claim extenuating circumstances LOL. I guess you could claim you didn't know she was an escort and you were just giving her money for new clothes? Its a pretty deliberate act and one could argue premeditated? The burden of prof is on the "State" to prove you broke the law, so I guess it really depends on how bad they want you or numbers to show success.
So E, after your list of "NOs", that only leaves Skip, List, and Tryst ladies, will you visit these girls, monger elsewhere, or stop all together? To be clear, the risk was always there, its just now the fines are more impactful. For those who worry about it, I'm sure some mongers don't care, this will make every new visit suspect AND even some regulars. I was thinking that ladies that travel from out of state could actually be safer? Idk, will just play it by ear and see what happens.

Oh you will have a record and they will totally fuck up your life, but they may reduce the charge the first time. Hell, LE may give you are warning the first time and educate you on the consequences if you don't stop. You may get probation the first time. It is all up to who catches you and the judge you get. They may make you get counseling too. The risk is going up.They may cut you a break or they may throw the book at you. Like when they pull you over for running a red light Felonies get reduced down everyday, but they don't have to

They are assuming the law doesn't change in South Carolina too.
They are assuming the law doesn't change in South Carolina too.
Like most states, South Carolina bans people from buying or selling sex, as well as profiting from the sale of sex. Prostitution-related crimes are normally treated as a misdemeanor in South Carolina, but in some specific circumstances, it can be a felony.

I'm very low volume and ultra picky so it's not affecting me much, I'm thinking the play is older women, 40+, meet and greet at a safe location, but I'm not going the SD route and paying a girl $100 to meet for a cup of coffee either, ultimately I can run down to SC and gamble on a misdemeanor or stay here for a felony, easy choice.

Why do you think older 40+-year-old women may be safer? Those are the ones I prefer anyway. And I am low volume too. Just wondering what your thinking is. They can set us up with those too.

I will say as I've matured (kinda) my tastes have run more to less drama. The other day tried to meet a new girl, arrived at the hotel and crickets. My younger self would have tried again to meet her, but today's me has written her off completely and won't waste the energy to on her again. I completely feel you, I do enjoy the older ladies, much less drama. I agree the SD route is just not for me. Great way to get some young trim if you have the cash and time, I have neither LOL. I was talking to one of the regulars I see at a spa, she mentioned a rasing of prices. I'm ok with that if the personality matches the prices I said. But most young ladies act like I'm lucky just to be in the same room with them. I don't expect them to fall in love with me or be my gf, just don't have a stick up your ass and be friendly LOL. I may focus more on international monger? At least those ladies are more genuinely happy to take my money haha.

Mongering will never stop and everyone knows it making it a felony just makes it a hgher risk a risk that most are wiling to take. December will hit and most will proceed with caution watching the news, those who don't know and that's most people will get caught in whatever it is to come if anything. All we can do is wait and see know need to panic and making plans to fly to Thailand LOL.

I mean I agree for the most part with your comments. I don't think anyone is panicking but at the end of the day it's all about what the individuals threshold of risk is. We all agree catching a felony over rental pussy is nobody's idea of fun.
