If there is a crackdown on the parlors, then the authorities will just shut them down for violation of an ordinance or regulation that requires the staff to have a massage license. They might also go after the owners of the properties or the names of the lessors. But I don't see customers being targeted. How would authorities do that-you can't be arrested for just walking into or out of a business. I don't see how a sting targeting customers would take place. If there is a crackdown, it will focus on shutting down the location of each parlor and not entrapping the customers.
