Sending a deposit to a provider using things like venmo / cashapp is never a good idea.
Lets forget the laundry list of things they can use to blackmail you with. Why would you want your name and by proxy your bank account info / SSN being connected with someone whos next step is buy drugs using said money? Or sending it overseas to shady bank accounts? Like others have said, you can offer to pay for an uber.
