But, if during the bust of the prostitute they acquire personal information about you that might be admissible as evidence AGAINST HER it could be submitted in court as evidence as become public and embarrassing. They would have to be careful, however, to make sure they weren't setting up a defamation suit against them by accusing you of something without proof. I am sure the details of this are quite complex and within the experience of an attorney.
As I have said previously, I don't think they will go to this trouble when it involves a massage parlor that publicly advertises legal therapeutic modalities, like reflexology, showers, etc. I suspect you are safe within the confines of an AMP unless they walk in on you getting a HJ, which they can't do if the door to the room is locked which you should insist on. If they catch you on premises or on the way out or in the parking lot, they might briefly stop you and make you feel uncomfortable, tell you not to come back, but that's about it.

If you will recall when the madame in Charlotte, a couple of years back, got busted her records included some prominent Charlotte residents some of whom were published under initials. Remember Elliot Spitzer, NY attorney general, who got busted through records. The list of lists goes on. They are real but you may not have run into one since they aren't at every location.
