I tried to look up their cases. Unfortunately, their names are something like "WU PU, YO PING GONUY. " I tried all combinations of their names, but to no avail. I couldn't find their cases in CORE to look up the arrest report so see where the event occurred.

Long time lurker but first time poster. I was hoping you guys could help me out. I have a question that I hope I can get answered.
