It's interesting that it doesn't seem like incrementally there's a lot more effort involved in this operation, yet they command such a significant bump in price that some people are willing to pay. There's a ton of competition among relatively-equivalent AMPs and LMPs, but I don't know any other places like this around, so they have a lock on a certain segment of the monger community. So either that segment isn't as large as I think, it's very difficult to get a certain class of woman with the right attitude to work in this sort of job, or no one has figured out how to replicate it yet.

I keep wanting to try other options but I've been burnt so many times by crappy experiences, and I don't have too many opportunities to get out for this sort of fun, so I think I'll keep playing it safe for now.
