There was a member a few years back in Columbus, Ohio who was convicted of sex with a minor from CL. There were also other things he was doing, so he was a big fish for that city's LE. In spite of his involvement with this site, it's still standing. There was a rip off prostitute found dead in the NYC / Long Island area earlier this year. Police suspect she was one of several victims of an unidentified serial killer. On the forum for that area posters were familiar with her as a rip off artist. Some had discussed doing her harm physically, and after her body was found there was some graphic commentary. Not the kind of publicity this site needed, but it's still here.
When posters start fretting about subpoenas and such Admin usually ends up stepping in and going over the details of overseas servers, etc. It's doubtful the site is going anywhere. On the other hand, when Joe Blow goes out and sets up a sloppy message board or chat room within domestic jurisdiction, then he is ripe for the picking. I'm no legal whiz, but I think I covered the basics of it.

Let us not forget, the reason was we were all talking about this was from the original bragging by HoConsultant about calling LEO on a "rip-off artist" witthout getting himself in trouble. He has yet to reply, which leads me to question the credibility of his original post that started all this. Hmmm. Just IMHO.
