According to various dictionaries, "ghetto" is a usually poor section of a city in which members of a minority group live. No particular race is specified in the definition, so an adjective is appropriate. By my observations from ~5 visits, the people near the intersection of Metro Pkwy and Univ Ave are least 90% black and all the SW I've ever seen there were black. Nothing offensive intended -- just trying to be accurate. If someone wants to contradict the observation, go ahead. I'll let the reader sort it out !

I think your definition is spot on. To me, ghetto simply means a place where poorer people live.....and doesn't matter who they are. Plenty of Hispanic ghettos in/around Atlanta too.

Well it was useless to describe it that way. I don't think it really serves a purpose to describe the race of non-SWs on the SW board. Beyond that though, I'm sure you knew it would touch a nerve or two to characterize it is a "black ghetto" whether accurate or not. If you wanted to come here and be an asshole, cool. Just say you wanted to be an asshole and say "black ghetto" to kick up some shit. Don't start referencing dictionaries and trying to rationalize the shit though.

Smartazz, or azz for short, is on a site promoting this illicit activity and in a section promoting the search for SW's yet he is against the activity. The purpose of this forum is for us to share info and to provide like minded individuals with the tools and informative insight that will hopefully guard us from the outcomes you suggested.

I normally just read but thought I will start posting to join all the fun. Around lunch on Wed. I cruised over to FIB to checkout the "closing" of TL. It appears to be a remodel. Nobody at the gasstation.

I did see a WSW getting in a car behind babes but aside from that, nothing! I might try again today.

Ambulance tending to the victim, and cops down the side streets looking for the culprit. Not a damn thing. Again can anyone specify what intersections are the hot spots in this area?

Last stop: Cheshire bridge area: no SW action so took a gamble on Spring Spa. Man did I get lucky!
