The concerts and other events helps a little but LE will notice white people more often than not. I know this and I have never had a problem except the one time I rented a top of the line vehicle and I was watched very closely by them LE.

Some inside baseball CCPD is having a lot of internal problems since the switch to County PD. They are more focused on drug dealers than the girls.

One SW pointed out to me that another SW who she named as MEAGAN was working for the police, she described her as blonde, very thin. I didn't believe her until the next night when I saw her on Broadway and Chelton talking to two LE in an unmarked car, both wearing vests and plates that began in CG for County Government.

The last 2 nights have been busy as hell, a lot of new faces.

Broadway and Morgan where the trucks are is usually a good spot, only saw 1 LE one night sitting there. Seen a couple walking "to work" coming in from Gloucester City. Between 10 PM and 12 or 1 in the morning seems to be the busiest, the weather really doesn't diminish the number of SW out on the prowl. The LE presence however does and LE was parked up at a number of spots so if you hear some shit has popped off that day don't even bother.

I have not posted in a very long time but I date in on Bway and another area on Camden about one a month or so. I was in the area twice this week and had to go home empty handed. The first night about 10 pm, I got chase out by uncle LEO. If you go south of Morgan into Gloucester city past the curve it is rows of 18 wheelers. The older established girls have been there knocking on doors and not patrolling the intersection or what is the new intersection. Also just north of Morgan is "the shack" a place where many homeless hookers, junkies, and lowlifes pass out with needles in their arms or to escape the elements. One day I thought I saw a SW walking pass the truckers, but couldn't get a good look because of the all trucks that were in the way. I only saw one girl that day. I have been followed before, particularly by undercover LE. (even though I have picked up a known to me SW) When that happens, I simply say, sorry, was just giving you a ride, need to drop you off as I am getting followed. I have even been stopped after the dropoff. I just simply say that I picked up a hitchhiker, but she asked me for money and I decided to drop her off instead of giving her a ride. I had a lady cop once grill the shit out of me for 30 minutes, saying shit like "both you and I know what you were doing, it will be better for you to just come clean with me". In that case, I simply said, are you going to charge me, if not I am leaving now.

Once you are safely away, then you can discuss deeds and prices. While decoys getting into cars seems to be happening more and more, LE will never let a decoy drive away to who knows where, it just will not happen.

Last Thursday LEO were in three different spots on Broadway. Their usually by the Bus Station, but that night they were there, a few blocks down and parked on Morgan and Broadway just sitting there. It was dead, nobody was out.

Went by Saturday and Sunday and it was busy again. A lot of SW some of them "new" to me.

I've noticed an unmarked Ford Crown Victoria (black) with SG in the license plate, which I take for meaning State Government, probably State Police. Only one guy was in the car so who knows what he was up too, maybe a Detective following up on a case at Cooper. If he was on a sting you'd thing he have a partner in the passenger seat.

Just be aware of unmarked cars with license plates bearing CG (County Government) or nicer unmarked cars or trucks with tinted windows and extra antennas. Saw two trucks by the Tire Shop parked talking to each other, tinted windows seemed odd.

Been running across a lot of girls that want to go pick up their medicine before doing the deal. This is unsafe as far as getting pulled over, and you never know if it's a set up between her and some thugs wanting to jack your car or rob you. Don't fall for it.
