My experience has been that $1. 6 is the going rate. How far you take things is probably immaterial to the gal if she's putting in the same amount of time.

I got the impression there could have been more, but she was "that time of the month." Only got the standard tug so I tipped the usual of.6. But it was Sasha who recommended I come back and get a 4-hander.
The 2nd time I got there and there and they were running late. Sasha actually opened the door that morning (they commute from NYC).
