There is a fairly new AMP in Jefferson Valley by the Mall on the Northern edge of Westchester. The spa is in an open air mini medical plaza, parking in back is fairly private. They do have a table shower. Ad was either on STG or BP. Two ladies working Lisa and Belinda, names maybe criss crossed. I, too, have had this same thought. And please understand Nik T I'm in no way attempting to begin an argument here at all. This is just an observation.

Though I agree there's little reason for a therapist exit after payment (though I do think I have seen this behavior elsewhere. As in Queens), it's quite possible there are reasons all parties had agreed in advance to a piece of each session in addition to the HF. For example, it's no secret strip clubs (after charging an admission) collect a percentage (or at least a piece of) of all dancer tips. In addition, many charge rent for the dancer's locker and counter space in the dressing room in addition to requiring them to tip the DJ, housemother, and even in many cases the bar staff. Do we get pissed off at the strip club?

So, I'm unsure if it's worth potentially compromising your relationship with the MMS and, also potentially, the relationship between the therapist and her management by bringing it up because it could be construed as a kind of challenge (although I seriously doubt anything negative would actually occur). Nonetheless, their world is, to a huge extent, alien to us all with norms and routines we're probably better off knowing about as little as possible. I stopped asking questions when I learned they all shack up in the same "dorm" when they're in town. At least there's a best shot the extra gratuity I usually give as a reward for a good session is kept in full by the girl. At least, I hope she gets to keep it all.

I hope my comment about the frequent visit card did not start all this. As for MB, its been a mixed bag of policy. I thought they were an innovator, not discussing or taking any tips until the end of the session, but that appeared to happen about 50% of the time. It appears that there is a clear separation between house fee and the staff tip. For the last couple of weeks, MB appears to be without a MMS, so the Matradee is missing, and sadly the relationship, but hopefully they don't change the Chef. There are a few spas where they scamper away with the tip, such as SDS. One can only postulate on what is going on; want to freshen up, need to get supplies, worried about being robbed, I dunno. As John touched on, the "sausage making in the back room" is alien and secretive. The two bellwethers for a GFE session are MB with house + tip and SDS with a lump sum, so there is no SOP.

Very few spas have a MMS, it appears you need as least 3+ staff to justify. The role should be answer phone, meet / great, remember good and bad customers, maybe have a protocol for new customers, pepper spray or cattle prod (that might be the staff's LOL), rotate whose up, cook / clean, prevent cat fights, drive crew?. At MB, the original MMS, who helped put the spa on the map, would answer the texts. If they have a new meeter / greater without communications, that's more like a doorman, than a MMS / Matradee. With the mysterious texter, you can't say things like "I will take any staff except for the one with the 12 toes". At least your session will not be interrupted, which happens way to much as the non-MMS spas.

My 2 cents. First, that was my fault, I was there that morning and did a triple, wanted to re-live the Dr. Miles movie scene from CRANK. Ok that's a lie. With Moon Blue, IMHO, we should first be thankful even if it has faults. MB's booking is still a bit lumpy, it may still be managed from afar, and the MMS may have limited scheduling powers. Since the lineup may change slightly from day to day, I text and ask who is working, then either ask for someone that I have not seen (maybe reviewed here) or one that I am in love with, and make an appointment. That is sight unseen if I pick someone new, but as most of you know, they are all quality at MB (IMHO) and not having the pick of the little is not that bad at all. Also, it is awkward to choose, especially if you are a frequent flyer. I would imagine, trying to keep 4-girls busy is problematic. The spas do like reviews of their girls, but that clearly creates a problem on how to assign work to staff. When I screen a new spa, I will ask if I can choose from a lineup, but when arrive, normally no choice is provided and I just roll with it. If a spa has no MMS, with only one or two girls working, then they are not going to give up their slot unless a girl is requested by name and by appointment.

How are you guys getting to pick you poison?[/QUOTE]I'm not sure, I always flirt, give her a hug / kiss and talk to her before I leave, I try to build a good relationship with any MMS so they will let me pick or give me a good alternate. But I can say when I asked for Bella, she was busy until 12 pm when I called at 830 a. I think guys text or call the night before to make appointments. Not saying you guys aren't doing the same (treating her nice) but overall she's a lovely lady. I've never had an issue with picking a lady. I do frequent a lot now with all the great talent and options that have been rotating so I'm not sure if that's a reason or because I flirt hard with her.

Then I choose somebody that I haven't seen before or somebody that I have seen before but I think highly of. All of these providers are way better than any other providers I've seen elsewhere so even if I get the worst one it's still better than the best one someplace else typically.
