Worthless. Most AMP's are on a system of take the $ in front of you versus the one that might come in. They have a very complicated tracking system, the last for of the phone number and first name of the "appointment" normally on a sticky note (yes. I have seen it at a couple of places). For me, I normally call, ask if anyone is available, and tell them I will be there in 5 minutes. Sometimes I am sitting in the parking lot. LOL.
