In my experience in other cities, area doesn't really matter just the establishment itself, which can change over time with new management and employees. I'm a connoisseur and expect a certain level of service, so I'll post reviews as I visit other places. In a city this big I'm hoping to find some gems. This hobby is so much better in Europe, ugh I miss the freedom there.
