Still it's not up for debate that these girls, despite their habits, know the risks and often ignore them. I'm not an expert in this arena but I understand there is a new powder on the streets that is very dangerous and about 50% cheaper. The girls chase the ultra high. Apparently it started showing up out of Chicago, but the supply has greatly increased elsewhere.
