So I do wear a N95 when ever out of the house to protect them.

A2.[/QUOTE]And avoiding heart disease is relatively easy (unless it is genetic) but I have not been in a Golden Arches in probably 10 years. Exercise, eat a well balanced diet and you should have a healthy heart well into your golden years. If you do the above you stand a greater chance of surviving covid. However, you could take it so someone who may not be as strong, such as an elderly parent.

And when you think about criminalizing the guys, it will likely be more effective. The girls know they are / were running a risk of a bust and accepted that risk because they need the money, but guys always assumed that they could talk their way out of the room if they were busted with a working girl. A sting operation was more dicey but those really are few and far between that most guys took their chances. This change is going to make guys rethink it because now a felony has to be reported when you apply for jobs and can show up on even a basic background check where, as a misdemeanor, it could be negotiated down to a lesser, more ambiguous charge that might not show up.

I could accept a misdemeanor, but I'd fight using all my finances to avoid a felony as it affects my future employment. I'd mortgage my house. I'd do everything to delay and extend. I'd want a jury trial. I'd want those involved (the lady) to be brought in as a witness to testify. The prosecutors would be spending ten times the hours per case. I could see a few felony convictions, but I could see the total number of prosecutions and convictions drop. . I could see lots of felonies plead down to misdemeanors with the result of not much difference.

The two big differences I see. #1 Prosecutors have a bigger threat. #2 Those charged have a new bigger incentive to get a good lawyer and fight the charge.

He died on impact. His eyes were open and no movement.
