The deal is, the answer is probably yes but its not an every customer experience. A lot of this is determined by many variables. Are you a regular? Do you tip well? Do you have a rapport with them? Are you always clean? Those providers have a lot at risk, to just show up and expect upper levels can happen but its rare in Omaha. With NYC and other major metropolises and Cali being ghost towns, there has been a positive influence of talent that is use to higher extras but you still got to have the above bases covered.

Old faithful for most is 27th and A Acupressure but I seem to be the exception there and have not had good experiences.

I miss the old 35th Spa and 55 Gleason. They were always worth the drive.
