I don't think locking up drug addicts is the solution, otherwise the drug problem in this country wouldn't be such a problem. I believe 99% of the ladies who do this do it because they gave in to their habit and need easy quick money to maintain it. If getting into a car and having to blow a stranger, risking possible rape or murder or both, isn't enough deterrent to keep someone from using dope, then a jail sentence where they get away from the ability to dope it up and get fed and housed for free seems like a better option than living in an abandon house dope sick.
Now, having said that, I think if you put yourself in this situation you get what you get. It might be hard work to get clean, but it's possible and it's harder than blowing me.

(I know, tomatoes tomatoes). Over the years, usually morning strolls, I've met ladies who just needed some money for different domestic reasons. They seemed hella clean, And I would never see the them again. Then there's SWs like my gem on the R, she is one of the very few addicts that give high end fukk sessions everytime. I call them part timers, many have cars and even jobs. They just can't make enough money to support themselves, so they turn to streetwalking or working under the radar. The cheap phones these days makes working UTR very easy for the girls. The girls come and go all the time but they always know how to make a buck if they have to. I don't know what the % number is, But there is enough part timers out there to make a few mongers happy.
