I agree with you as far as BP escorts are concerned, I was just wondering if there is a different protocol for lower priced SWs. I was driving west on Lisbon tonight around 630pm. Saw 3 BSW, they were about a block apart from each other.

Maybe it has something to do with the early start times at P&H. I'll have to try again sometime in the next few weeks and will report back.
