I can understand that newbies might not have reviews on some of the newer sites, but I would think they would advertise on more than just PD.

For non k-gals, I would agree.
There are a lot more options outside of the Bay Area and the ROI is better.
For k-gals however, I feel the prices are better here for now.
LA and NY, for example, has a higher base price.
And while we don't have as many options, those cities have upcharges to get to the same level that we get from the base price here (with a few exceptions).

Many won't come to the Bay Area because they have to charge a premium to make it worth it and they say most people don't want to pay the price.
