The instagram page has a lot of content of her doing esthetician services. Did some recon, her location has no signage just a ring doorbell in the window.

Based on her price in the add extras would be implied but it's hard to tell given she's legit at other stuff. If anyone tries her feel free to PM I am super curious about this one.
