In my experience she has been a go to for Greek. She will do whatever you ask. And she is genuinely a wonderful person.

Her availability is limited to Wed / Thursday and her slots go fast. I've made the mistake of trying to book closer to her days and she would only have one time slot available. Also she's very hard to get a hold off. It's not uncommon to hear back from her two days later and then not respond back when you reply. In addition, get her location. She is very random. One week it's the western burbs. Another it's a far south suburb like Lansing near the Indy border. I know this sounds like a hassle but it will save you a lot of headaches. She's really worth it if you can lock an appointment down well in advance
