I usually offer 100-120 for the hh and I've never been turned down. Of course that tactic works best if you're ready to go and can be at their location pretty quickly (within 30 minutes or so). I googled the phone number and the address and it comes up as a place called "For Him or Her Spa". The place has a couple of positive Yelp reviews (from ladies,) and it has some very legit looking pictures.
However, I also found a couple of photos of a MILF's very sexy looking body with her face cut out of the picture. Which leads me to wonder. Could more be available there? But I cannot find any reviews.

Say no more JmSuttr, your absolutey right. I just am not very strict with my spending habits. I've negotiated in the past with success, but this has also resulted in so-so performance from the lady. I've had better results negotiating the mamasan facilitating the meetings then the lady directly. Lowest I've ever been able to go for a half was 100 which was suitable for the 35 year one hold up in that same hotel, worth the asking price honestly. I just was lazy and didn't bother with it this time around, punished for my laxadasical approach.

The provider at the Asian crapshoot places is never the person who answers the phone, IME (their English skills are usually too limited). So making an offer of 100-120 for the hh is like getting a discount on the house fee from the MMS at an AMP and it shouldn't affect the level of service you receive, although I guess it's possible. Still, if you have a not-so-great session with the provider, I'm not sure how you'd be able to figure out any specific reason beyond the provider herself.
And I think it's important to remember that any extra tip you give to the provider at the end of the session goes directly to her and isn't shared with the house. So, if I get a discount on the house fee and I get a decent session from the provider I think at least an extra Jackson for her is warranted. And better than average service also deserves an appropriate tip. So the bottom line is that any discount you negotiate should come from the house and not the girl.
