Use one of those, I always send one of a guy that looks like me but is better looking the first try without being asked. Def increases my hit rate but a large factor.

This one might belong in the massage section, but after speaking with her this afternoon and spending a good bit of time setting up appointment and time, get there at the scheduled time and after a couple calls she finally picks up half hour late saying someone extended their session, and asks me if I can wait an hour. So I wait an hour, nothing but crickets. Think she takes whoever calls at the moment she is available, and schedules people only as a backup in case she has idle time. If you have to travel more than 10 minutes to get to her, be warned!

Pick one of your friends on Facebook who is of similar age / race / economic status as you. Bonus points if this FB friend lives out of state.
Look through that person's list of FB friends. Find one who passably resembles you and go into their account and save a smiling pic of them. Make sure it's not someone you know, and get more bonus points if that person also is out of state.
I've tried the google description thing like you describe and the first 500 pics are all of Paul Giamatti and other schlubby middle-aged actors attending the Oscars and other awards show red carpets.
