I have heard of cops stopping guys who are cruising, guys who are picking up decoys, guys getting dear john letters (that nobody has ever showed us), guys getting robbed while getting head in their car (me), but I have never heard of the pigs arresting a guy banging in a car. I do not think it is even illegal in California, but I checked:

Penal Code section 647 (a) makes it a misdemeanor for:

(a) An individual who solicits anyone to engage in or who engages in lewd or dissolute conduct in a public place or in a place open to the public or exposed to public view. Illegal is hardly clear, it essentially means you cannot have sex in your car if the car is parked in a public place where members of the public might see you.

So, basically, if you are in line at in and out by the airport and pound your date before pounding a double double, you can be arrested. Same for dodger stadium in the all you can eat bleachers.

I seriously doubt a dark corner on Flower or Agatha or some parking garage is a public place. I doubt a cop will bother.
