If their pictures are all over the internet in places other than provider posts then that is a definite red flag. If their phone numbers do not have local area codes or the search does not pull up provider posts either locally or from other areas then that may be a red flag. If you use a text app or burner number you can send a quick text asking about availability and watch for what comes back. Sometimes the responses are so weird that they are a dead give away.
