I'm 38 and attractive and it seems I always get there digits. It's common I guess because they're so used to obese old men, and when they find a attractive guy with a rock solid body they try to keep them. Perhaps she entered the country and then applied for political asylum. If she can marry an American citizen it's a much quicker and less expensive path toward citizenship.
I had an AMP worker tell me the legal fees for the political asylum process are around $30 K. And this was 8 years ago.
