There are definitely more providers on the east stroll. And on either stroll providers can be found on side streets and alleys as they make there way from one place to another. If you search my posts over the last couple months you will see photos of ones I have seen. Since you posted in the SW forum I assume you are at least somewhat familiar with SW mongering and know the hunt is always hit and miss. However, as always, their needs dictate when and how often they work.
