Do the traffic school as Exec Talent recommends. This will keep the points off your record. Not so much a big deal if this is your only offense but if you get another then you are screwed with your car insurance rates.
Did a couple hours of surfing on the trail last night. Not much on the trail (all the way down to Florida Mall). The back streets and the Large River had more talent. However, seemed like every time I saw an SW, there was an marked OCSO car around the corner. Seems like they have their hooks into the girls now.

If the cop doesn't show up, you don't have to pay court costs. If you do an online search for schools, you can find one you do online for about $25. You have up to the court date indicated on the ticket to complete the school. Just send in the amount, which should be lower if you complete the school, and then send your completion certificate when you get it.
I would not contest it. If the cop shows up, you will lose, because it will be your word against his. You are then stuck with the fine, court costs, and more than likely points.

Pay and do the course. If you fight and he shows up you can believe the fact you were in a bad hood and the hearing officer won't give a better deal when the cop brings up that they don't know why/what you were doing there near known drug houses hookers yada yada yada......
$150 and the $25 traffic school makes it go away quietly.

What's the best time to go out looking for SW in Orlando? I've been out on OBT in the late afternoon with no luck for the past few weeks. I've seen action after 10PM past 2AM on most nights when it doesn't rain, but most of the action seems to be BSWs which aren't my flavor and LE action is pretty heavy and are always on the move.
I've driven up and down from Colonial down to the Costco.
Any help would be appreciated. I'd be happy to help out when I can when you visit Vegas.
