I learned this unwritten rule during my first foray into the lifestyle many years ago. I had selected a bosomy, Hot looking, petite chick and showed up for the appointment. She then read out a list of things she would and wouldn't do.....I should have hit the road.

Check out the TER Los Angeles ripoff section.....lot's of mongers ripped off for big money. I recall a reviewer on TER Atlanta complaining mightly about being ripped off for $2000.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen...I would just say that in the grand scheme of things it's rare. Were it not, I think you'd see the rip-offs distributed equally around the US the way the low-hundreds providers are and not just concentrated in LA where everything is a ripoff anyway.
