I tried to pull over and talk to her but the entire street was packed with strung out homeless and it just wasnt safe so I dipped.

There is a really cute Black girl around 16th and San Pedro who is looking through a trash heap that runs the whole block. It really is a terrible site to witness. Rather than telling us to go elsewhere, why don't you give some tips of how to find those girls you are talking about and what to say to them to get an idea if they are "right". Am I looking for slutty dressed ones or normal dressed ones that look like they haven't changed their clothes in weeks? Do I just start off with "how much for a blow job" or "do you want to go on a date" or do I say "do you want to make money" or "do you need a ride" or "do you want to go get some food" or something else more acceptable when one is picking up a girl at a bar?
