Dammit, I got burnt. This really only pertains to the other mongers that have an apprehension to party hats but I'd recommend using one with the last 5 ladies I've reviewed. The danger comes with the territory I guess but nothing a couple penicillin shots can't fix hahahaha haha.

It crosses into illegal territory when a specific act is assigned a price. Which is why you never do that through the window. Furthermore they often need to show intent to follow through which is often why decoys will direct you to a a different spot "where they will get in". This is so in court there would be no doubt you intended to go through with it.
Now if you get seen with a "known" girl they might pull you over to harass you and look for contraband or try to get you to admit why you are with her. But if they don"t find anything and you keep your mouth shut, it's a free country you can give rides to anybody you want.
I should note I am not a lawyer and got this info from an episode of Cops where they were running a sting but should hold true in most jurisdictions.
